Gargoyles Signed Hardcovers Finishing Shipping This Week

We received an update from our fulfillment partner who is wrapping up the final orders for customers that backed the Gargoyles Signed Hardcovers. They are projecting that the last orders will be out the door by the end of the week.
The fulfillment team will transition to filling the Premier editions immediately following the completion of the Gargoyles Signed Hardcovers next week. Before we can begin shipping - they will first be applying the signed tip-in sheets in each book before carefully packing the sets within the Treasure Chests and prepping to ship out. Our hope is that they will be able complete compilations of the special editions into the treasure chest boxes and begin the process of prepping them for shipping by next week. The fulfillment crew has been instructed to take extreme care in packaging these books given their rarity and value. We have authorized them to be extra careful with packing materials and preparation to make sure all of the books get to you in pristine condition.

Gargoyles Signed Edition Shipping Update

Everyone in the Pennsylvania area (where fulfillment is being compiled) is dealing with weather challenges due to substantial snow in the area but we have new updates on the progress of the shipping for Gargoyles books. Our distribution partners at Blue Door have all of the Gargoyles Signed Edition inventory and tip-in sheets at this time. They are in the process of completing the assembly of the signed editions and expect to begin shipping by the end of this week. Everyone in this group of backers will soon be receiving an email with tracking information for your shipment (please check your spam and junk folders by the end of this week if you do not see the email sooner). Please keep in mind that receipt of the tracking does not mean that the package has been delivered to USPS for shipping as there can be a few days to a week delay while packages are compiled and prepared for drop off at the postal carrier. They create the packing slips and emails so that there is time for fans to let us know of an address change.
We have been notified by the printer that the Premier editions are shipping to our fulfillment house this week. They should arrive at the latest by March 2nd. Once they are on hand, and we have fulfilled the signed editions, we will compile them into the treasure chests and begin shipping immediately. Once we have copies of the books we will take some pictures to share what everything looks like and post another update.

Gargoyles Shipping Update - HCs Complete - Signed HCs Beginning

We're happy to report that the Gargoyles hardcovers have completed the available list of customers shipping at this time. There are still a small handful that are tied to other products which will continue to fill and there are still a number of backers who have not replied to the survey/pledge manager which we will address as they are completed.
Our warehouse team has finished preparing the Gargoyles Signed Edition autograph templates and is prepping the fulfillment house to begin shipping out signed books. We are aiming to have all the assets to the fulfillment house by end of day today. And they are planning to start shipping out packages next week. We have asked them to send the packages they complete to USPS daily so there won't be a compiling period waiting for them to complete orders before shipping begins. They will continue to update us as they work their way through all open orders for the Gargoyles Signed editions.
We are waiting for confirmation from the printer of the ETA for them delivering the Premier editions to us. Upon receipt they will be compiled with the treasure chests and sent to the fulfillment house to start shipping. We will keep everyone updated on the progress for those editions as well as we get finalized delivery dates.

Gargoyles Hardcover Shipping Update

Our distribution partner, Blue Door, is working hard to get as many Gargoyles Hardcovers out as possible. We are up to 14 pallets of orders picked up by USPS as of today which makes up a nice chunk of orders for the singles and sets of the hardcovers. They believe the shipping of the hardcovers will be completed by next week. Here is a look at some of the customer orders on the pallets that are on the way to backers now:
Our team is preparing the signed hardcovers so that they can begin shipping immediately following the completion of the unsigned. The fulfillment team will transition to filling the new sets of orders as soon as the last unsigned hardcovers leave the building.
We will continue to provide updates with news on the shipping progress for all orders. Please note as previously reported - the Premier editions are expected to be finished at the printer next month. Those books will be combined into the treasure chests and will ship out to customers upon receipt from the printer. Additional details will be updated when the books are on the way to us for fulfillment.
Gargoyles Hardcover Graphic Novels Shipping Progress

We received the photos of the Gargoyles Hardcovers from the fulfillment house, which are in the process of shipping out to everyone right now. The distribution center took this photo of the books lined up as they are packaging and shipping out pledges to everyone.
While these books are being shipped out - our team is also working on preparing the signed hardcovers to ship immediately after. Those hardcovers are having the signed tip-in sheets applied so they will be able to start filling after the completion of the standard hardcovers shipping.
We will have additional updates as the orders continue flowing to backers. We'll review and update the progress next week - which should include the expected timeline for the signed books to ship.
